Method
LRS+
This is not a technical position. It is a cultural choice: the conviction that the value of an intervention is built in its execution, and that the architect’s role on complex projects is to hold together everything that the division of labour tends to separate.
What we deliver
Our work is organised to produce three outputs that institutional clients recognise: a defensible budget, a defensible delivery date, and a complete audit trail of decisions and variations. We use BIM and structured digital workflows as control infrastructure — fewer surprises, traceable communication, documented decisions.
How we position ourselves in the process
LRS+ takes the role the phase requires, but across all configurations we maintain a single line of accountability: one interlocutor responsible for quality, cost, and time, even when the network involved is broad.
